Console & team administration
The console manages your account, balance, API keys and team.
Roles
- Owner: creates the company, pays for the team plan and the shared balance, manages members, budgets and model approvals. The owner's own keys are not restricted by model approvals.
- Member: uses the API with their own keys within the budgets and model approvals the owner sets.
Inviting members
The owner creates invite links and sends them to new members. A link can be revoked and can expire.
API keys
Under API keys:
- Create: the key is shown only once.
- Edit: e.g. the key's budget.
- Regenerate: replaces the key with a new one, again shown only once.
- Revoke: blocks the key.
The result of the key check is cached for up to 60 seconds. A revoked key can therefore keep working for up to a minute.
Use separate keys per application or environment; then usage and budget can be controlled individually.
Required two-factor sign-in
The owner can require sign-in with an authenticator code for the whole team. This affects signing in to the console, not the API keys: existing keys keep working.
Analytics
The console shows usage for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Offboarding
When someone leaves the team:
- Pause the member (can be resumed) or archive them (can be reactivated).
- Review the keys that person created and revoke them if needed.
